Ladies of Literature LLC (LOL Book Club) Membership Terms & Agreement

Lol Book Club is an exclusive club and membership may be extended annually by invite only.

If invitation is accepted dues are payable on or before Jan 31th.

Late payments will not be accepted and will be applied towards dues for the following year. (All payments for annual dues are non-refundable).

Annuals dues are payable online at www.lolbookclub.com/membership. All major credit cards are accepted.

Dues may be increased 5-7% annually at the discretion of founding members committee.

New people seeking to become members must attend a minimum of 2 meetings, accept LOL membership terms and agreement, meet with each member of founding committee and pay annual dues in full. Meetings with founding members may be held via Zoom, Skype or in person. To become a member 6 yay votes are required from founding members committee.

Founding Members with 5 person vote may decide if a members conduct warrants verbal warning. No more than 2 verbal warnings will be given. If the disruptive behavior continues then member will be placed on “review”. If during “review” member has an incident, the president and or founder at their sole discretion may ask the member to leave the club. A refund will be given for any months not attended.

The aggressor of any Physical altercation or near physical altercation will be dismissed by President and/or Founder immediately.

Members agree that they may be photographed or filmed during meetings and events and that images and or video may be used by Ladies of Literature LLC for social media, website and/or to gain interest from networks or producers for Reality TV.

Members agree that all LOL Book Club and Ladies of Literature logos, websites, social media and trademarks are the property of Ladies of Literature LLC and should not be used or duplicated without prior consent from their owner.

LOL book club members (or nonmember working in affiliation with a member either indirectly or directly) putting on a paid event, promotion and/or selling merchandise must get approval from Founder prior to advertising or promoting such to LOL Book Club members via social media, WhatsApp, email or by any other mode(s) of communication.
